2015 – 598 Sister Grade-II, Jr. Technician & Other Posts: This is
revised notification for recruitment of Sister
Grade-II, Junior Technician (Lab / X-ray) and Operation Theatre Assistant issued by Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. This
notification was published earlier in newspaper on 25th July 2014. Online
examination for recruitment of these posts was scheduled on 08/11/2014, but now
it will be conducted by Paper Pencil mode on 01/02/2015. Due to change of mode of application, date of online
application has been extended. Now candidates can apply for these posts from 16th
Dec-2014 to 5th Jan-2015 through the website www.pgimer.edu.in. Those who
have applied earlier against this notification need not apply. Other terms and
conditions regarding this recruitment will be same.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 for posts at SL No.01, 02 and 03 and Rs.5200-20200 for post at SL No.04.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years as on as last date for receipt of
application. Age Relaxation for SC / ST is 05 years for OBC is 03 years and 10
years for PH candidates.
Qualifications: For post at SL
No.01, Matriculation with GNM Certificate & and should be registered as
“A” Grade Nurse with State Nursing Council. B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology or X-ray
for post at SL No.01 & 02
respectively. B.Sc in Medical Technology (OT / Anaesthesia) for post at SL
No.04.
Application Fee: Rs.500 for SC / ST and Rs.1000 for all other
candidates.
How to Apply: Visit www.pgimer.edu.in to fill up online
application for above mentioned posts by closing date 05/01/2015. Scanned photograph in jpg format (between 10 kb and 200
kb), and a valid email id will be required at the time of application. After filing
up online application, candidates need to download challan (triplicate) and deposit
fee in any branch of SBI. After this, candidates are required to mention Journal
/ Challan Number in the online application. Last date for payment of
application is 07/01/2015.
