Assistant and Junior Clerk vacancies
in different departments on contract basis has been issued by Odisha Staff Selection
Commission. Recruitment process comprises a Combined Preliminary Examination,
Main Written Examination and Basic Computer Skill Test. Interested candidates
who fulfill eligibility criteria can apply online for the post by 30/10/2015 through the website www.ossc.gov.in.

Consolidated Remuneration:
Rs.5200 + Rs.1900 GP
Age Limit: 18 to 32
years as on 01/01/2015. Age Relaxation:
5 years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women Candidates, 10 years for PWD candidates.
Qualifications: Candidates
should have passed 10+2 Examination or equivalent examination with Basic
Computer Knowledge. Candidates who have MCA / BCA / B.Tech Degree are also
eligible to apply for the post.
Examination Fee:
Rs.100 for SEBC / UR candidates. There is no fee for SC / ST / PWD candidates. Payment
of fee can be made Online / Offline.

OSSC Recruitment 2015 – 370 SI, Sergeant
of Police & State Officer Vacancies
Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has issued a notification for
recruitment of 370 Sub Inspector of
Police, Sergeant of Police and Station
Officer (Fire Service) in Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 with Rs.4200 Grade Pay.
The posts will be initially on contract basis. Commission will conduct “Combined
Police Service Examination 2015” to select eligible candidates on the post.

01. Sub Inspector of Police –

Pay Scale:
Rs.9300-34800 + Rs.4200 GP
Qualifications: Graduation
in any disciplines from a recognized University. Candidate should be Graduate
in Science / Engineering for post of State
Officer (Fire Service). In addition, candidates should be passed Middle
School Examination with Odia Language as subject and able to write, speak and
read odia.
Age Limit: 21 to 25
years as on 01/01/2015. 5 years relaxation will be given for SC / ST / SEBC and
Women Candidates.
Selection Process: It
comprises PT, PMT, Main Examination, Viva-Voce and Psychological Test.
Examination Fee:
Candidates will have to pay Rs.100 as examination fee through the mode Online /
Offline.
