• Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + Rs.2200 GP + other allowances.
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 01/01/2014. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC / ST is 05 years and for Trained Home Guards is 03 years.
• Qualifications: Class 10^th Pass from recognized board.
• Physical Standard: (Height) – 162.56 cms for Male & 154.94 cms for Female in respect of UR / OBC / MOBC / SC categories and 160.02 cms for Male & 152.40 cms in respect of ST (H/P) Category. (Chest for Men) – 80-85 cms for UR / OBC / SC / ST (P) and 78-83 cms for ST (Hills).

Note: 10% of vacancies are reserved for Women candidates, 7% for SC, 10% for ST (P), 5% for ST (H) and 27% for OBC & MOBC.

Selection Process: Selection of eligible candidates on the post will be made by conducting Physical Test of 60 marks, Written Examination of 25 Marks and Extra-curricular activities and specials skill test of 15 marks. Only short listed candidates after PST & PET will be called for objective type Written Examination.

PST & PET: Candidates those applications are correct in every respect will be called for PST & PET. Physical Efficiency Test comprises 1600 Meters Race, 100 Meters Sprint (for Male), 1200 Meters Race & 80 Meters Sprint (for Female), Long Jump and High Jump. At the time of test, candidates are required to bring following documents in original as well as a set of attested copies of these documents.

• ITI Diploma Certificate, Sports, Games, Experience and NCC Certificate (if any)
• Caste Certificate
• 2 copies of passport size photographs

After submission, candidates need to take print out of Acknowledgment Slip bearing an ID Number. Candidates can also submit Paper application form in order to apply for the post.
