AAI (Northern Region) Recruitment of Junior Assistant 2013 Airports Authority of India

Airports Authority of India, a Miniratna Category-1, PSE, has published a notification for recruitment to the post of Junior Assistant (Fire Services) for various air ports in Northern Region in Pay Scale of Rs.12500 to 28500. Aspirants who meet eligibility criteria for the post can apply and send application in prescribed format to AAI on or before closing date as mentioned below. Junior Assistant (Fire Services) – NE-04

• Vacancy: 100 Posts
• Pay Scale: Rs.12500 to 28500
• Qualifications: Matriculation + Diploma of 3 years in Fire / Mechanical / Automobile with 50% Marks OR Class 12^th Pass with 50% Marks. Candidates should have a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License or Medium Vehicle / LMV License issued one year before as on 15^th Oct 2013.
• Age Limit:  Age of eligible candidates should be upto 30 years as on 15/10/2013. Relaxation in age for SC / ST is 5 years and for OBC is 03 years.
• Physical Standard: Eye Sight: Distant Vision-6/6, Near Vision-N5, Colour Vision-Should be Normal, Height: 167 cms, Chest-81-86, Weight-55 Kg, Hearing + Speech-Normal.

Selection Process: AAI will conduct a Written Examination, Physical Measurement, Driving Test, Endurance Test followed by Interview. Only those candidates who qualify in written examination will be eligible to appear in Driving / PET. After selection for the job, candidates will be put on training for a period of 4 months and during this period, they will receive stipend as per rule.

Application Fees: A demand draft of Rs.400 in the name of Airports Authority of India, Payable at Delhi, must be accompanied with application. SC / ST and Women Candidates are not required to pay application fees. Candidates must write their name on the back side of DD.

Have a prescribed application form, fill it with proper details in English or Hindi, paste a latest passport size photograph on it and send along with one identical photograph as pasted on application, Demand Draft and attested copies of requisite documents such as Certificates of Qualifications, DOB, Driving License, Caste to “The Regional Executive Director, Airports Authority of India, Northern Region, Operational Office, Rangpuri, Guragon Road, New Delhi – 110037” on or before 15/10/2013.
