Employment Notice
No.-NER/RRC/D/04/2013-14: Railway Recruitment Cell, North Eastern Railway
(NER) Gorakhapur has published a recruitment notification to fill up 1442
vacancies Group-D posts for various Division / Units in the pay scale of
Rs.5200 to 20200. Application for this can be made in prescribed format on A4
Size Paper or can be used printed form in the Employment Notice. Aspiring
candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the post can send their duly
complete application to Cell’s address on or before 24th of Sep
2013.

Group-D Posts in Various Dept. (for Various Divisions / Units)
- Vacancy: 1442 Posts (UR-672, OBC-367, SC-256, ST-138, PH-09)
- Pay Scale: Rs.5200 to 20200 + Rs.1800 GP
- Qualifications: Minimum qualification for these posts is Matriculation or ITI or any equivalent qualifications.
- Age Limit: Age of candidates as on 01/01/2014 should 18 to 33 years. SC / ST candidates will get relaxation in age upto 5 years, OBC upto 03 years and PWD will get upto 10 years.

Department, Division / Unit as well as Category Wise Vacancy can be seen in the
detailed notification.
Exam Fee: Candidates will have to pay examination fees of Rs.100 in the
form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of “Assistant Personnel Officer
(Recruitment), RRC, N.E. Railway”. IPO must be valid at least upto 06 months. There
is no any other mode of payment of exam fee. Applicants must write their Name
and Address on the IPO at the place prescribed for this. There is no fee for SC
/ ST / PWD / EXS / Women / Economically BC / Minority / OBC except Creamy Layer
candidates.
How to Apply: Make application on A4 Size Paper using one side only in
prescribed format or use print out of application form published in Employment
Notice. Fill up application form with proper details using Blue / Black Point
Pen in English or Hindi and Paste a latest passport size photograph on it. Duly
furnished application with IPO (if applicable) and self attested copies of
Certificate as proof of age and Community Certificate (if any) must reach “Assistant Personal Officer (Recruitment).
