Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala Act Apprentices (ITI) Jobs 2013

A notification for Engagement of Act Apprentices in various trades for Training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 has been issued by Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala). ITI is the minimum qualification for the post. Upper age limit for the post is 24 years. Written examination and medical test will be organized for selection of eligible candidates. Application can be made in prescribed format and should be sent to the “GM (P), Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala)” on or before 16th of July 2013.

Qualification: Candidates must be holding certificate of Indian Training Institute (ITI) in relevant trades issued by NCVT. They should be enrolled with Employment Exchange of Punjab but this is not applicable for ward of employee of RCF / Kapurthala.

Age Limit: Minimum age 15 years and maximum age 24 years as on 17/06/2013. In case of Welder & Carpenter (qualification is 8th Class), the upper age limit will be 22 years. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for PH Candidates.

Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of written examination. It will be of ITI Standard. Questions Paper of this test will be sent in Hindi and English. Successfully qualified candidates in written test will be called for medical test.

How to Apply: Candidates may apply offline in prescribed application form. Duly complete application in all respect with attested copies of all requisite documents along with an extra photograph as pasted on the application (written name and address on the back side) must reach “GM (P), Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala)” by 16/07/2013. Candidates can also drop their complete application in the box kept at GM (P) Office by 5 PM on closing date.
