A notification for DRDO Entry Test 2015 (also known as CEPTAM 8) for
recruitment to the posts of Senior
Technical Assistant-B in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300 to 34800 in different subjects,
Technician-A in PB-1 Rs.5200 to
20200 in different trades and Other Posts under Admin & Allied has been issued by
Defence Research & Development Organisation. This time DRDO CEPTAM 8 Entry Test 2015 is being conducted to fill up 1142 Vacancies of above said posts.
Online application for this can be made till 8th Fab-2016 through the website
www.drdo.gov.in. Other Details regarding CEPTAM 8 can be seen in the following
paragraphs.

Eligibility for DRDO Entry Test 2014 (CEPTAM 7)
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Science/ Engineering Diploma of 3 years for STA-B post in different subjects, Matriculation with ITI Certificate in different trades for Technician-A, Master’s Degree / 12th + Typing for different posts under Admin & Allied. Go through detailed notification for more information in this context.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years for STA-B and Technician, 18 to 30 years for Junior Translator and 18 to 27 years for remaining posts under Admin and Allied. Age Limit will be calculated as on closing date of this notification. Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC/ESM/PWD will be provided as per govt. rule.
Selection Process: Selection for the said posts will be made through
written examination, trade test and interview.
Admit Card: Candidates can download Admit Card for written test from
the website www.drdo.gov.in. Admit Card will not be sent by post to the
candidates.
Application Fees: Rs.50 which can be paid online using debit / credit card or through net banking. Applicants belonging to SC/ST/ESM/PWD and all women candidates are not required
to pay fees. Those candidates who want to send offline application are required to send fee in the form of IPO in the name of "The director, CEPTAM, Delhi", Payable at Delhi.
How to Apply: For Posts in
Part-1 Section: Only online application will be accepted from 06/01/2016 to 08/02/2016 through the
website www.drdo.gov.in. Procedure
to fill up online application is available at same website. For posts in Part-2 Section:
Application can be filled up Online or Offline in prescribed format. Duly filled offline application in prescribed format should be
sent by Ordinary Posts to “DRDO Entry
Test 2015, Post Box No. 8626, Delhi-110054” on or before 08/02/2016. However, applications of
those candidates residing in far-flung area can be accepted within one week
after closing date.
