Gauhati High Court Stenographer, UDC, Office Peon, Driver & Other Jobs 2013

The Gauhati High Court at Guwahati has published a notification for recruitment of various posts for subordinate court establishments in Arunachal Pradesh in usual Pay Scale. Total Number of vacancies for these posts are 123 but it can be increased or decreased at the time of preparation of final list. Reservation in the vacancies will be according to the rule of Arunachal Pradesh Government. Application for the job can be made offline in prescribed format. Age Limits: Minimum age limit for entire the above mentioned posts is 18 years and maximum is 38 years for UR / OBC / MOB and all others, 48 years for PWD and 43 years for APST / SC / ST Candidates. Age will be reckoned as on 18/07/2013.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with knowledge of operating computer for the post of Sheristadar, UDC, Peshkar, LDC-cum-computer operator, Class 12th Passed with Diploma / Certificate in Stenograph from ITI / Polytechnic or any other institute for post of Stenographer Grade-III, Having passed Higher Secondary examination and holding a valid driving license for post of Driver, Higher Secondary or equivalent from a recognized board for Process Server post and HSLC or equivalent for post of Office Peon-I & II.

Selection Process: There will be different process of selection for different posts, so candidates are required to go through detailed notification for more details in this context such as written examination, skill test, viva-voce, dictation test etc.

Application Fees: Rs.100 for those candidates who belong to APST / SC / ST / PWD Category and Rs.200 for rest of the candidates. You can pay application fee at any branch of State Bank of India using Fee Payment Challan which is available on the website www.ghconline.gov.in. Bank transaction charges will be extra which candidates will have to pay.

How to Apply: Download Application form and Fee Payment Challan, Pay application fee at designated bank, fill up application form with proper details, paste latest passport size colour photograph to the space provided and sign across it and stapled two identical photographs in the right corner of the application after writing your name on the back side of both photos. Duly furnished application accompanied with Payment Challan must reach “The Deputy Registrar, Itanagar Bench, Gauhati High Court, Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh” by 19/08/2013. Cover of the application must be super scribed as “Application for the post of…..” and written choice of the post on it.
