Eligibility Criteria for MT Position

01.  MT (Technical): Full time Graduate Degree in Engineering with 65% Marks in required discipline. Only 55% Marks for SC/ST/PWD and Departmental Candidates. Candidates with 3 years full time MCA with 65% marks in all semester are eligible for MT Position in Computer Science Discipline

02.  MT (Administration): Any graduate degree with 60% Marks with two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% Marks in relevant disciplines for HR, Marketing and Materials. CA/ICWA for Finance. Only 50% Marks are required for SC/ST/PWD candidates in place of 60% mentioned above

Age Limit: Maximum age of applicants for this post should be 30 years as on 01/03/2013, i.e. they should not born earlier than 01/03/1983. Candidates belonging to reserved category such as SC/ST will be relaxed in age upto 5 years and OBC by 03 years.

Medical Standard: Candidates who are going to apply for this post should be healthy and free from any physical defect. As per required medical standard, weight of the candidates should not be less than 45kg and Height 155 cms. Their eyesight should be good.

Pay Scale: Rs.20600 to 46500 (Basic Pay: Rs.20600 PM)

Selection Process: Those who meet all the requirements for the post will be called for Written Examination. Qualify candidates in written test will be short listed according to their performance and will be called for Group Discussion and Interview.

Exam Pattern: Written Examination will be conducted at various Cities of the country. Candidates can not make any request for changing examination centre after final submission of application. Written Test will be of 200 marks consisting of 05 Segments such as Domain Knowledge Test of 100 Marks (duration 75 Minutes) and Aptitude Test of 100 Marks (Duration 75 Minutes) which comprises Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Reasoning and General Awareness. Each carries 25 marks.

Processing Fees: Rs.500 for UR and OBC and Rs.100 for SC/ST/PWD and Departmental Candidates. You can pay fee at any bank of branch of State Bank of India through Pay-in-Slip. You can also make payment through Net-Banking and or using Debit/Credit Card at the time of online application.

How to apply: Online application can be filled up through the website www.sail.co.in. Application except this mode will not be accepted. It can be made from 12/03/2013 to 03/04/2013. If you are going to apply for this, you should have a valid Email ID, scanned photograph and signature; you must have paid processing fees at the designated bank and obtained Transaction Number. Application for MT in Technical and Administration can be filled up separately with separate processing fees. Payment of application fees can also be made online through Net-banking or using Credit/Debit Card besides through Pay-in-Slip. Take a system generated application print out after submission for further reference.
