Engineer Exam 2013: 324 Posts
A notification for Assistant Engineer (Civil / Electrical /
Mechanical) Examination 2013 has
been published by RPSC. This examination will be conducted for recruitment to
the post of Assistant Engineer in above said disciplines. For this examination,
age of the candidates should not be below 37 years and they should posses B.E.
Degree in relevant disciplines. Selected candidates for the post will be placed
in the pay scale of Rs.Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs.5400. Aspirants having suitable
qualifications may apply online through the website www.rpsconline.rajasthan.gov.in
by 31/03/2013.
01. Assistant
Engineering (in following disciplines)
- Civil: – 256
- Electrical: – 14
- Mechanical: – 54
Eligibility Criteria,
Pay Scale and Selection Process
- Qualifications: Minimum qualification is Bachelor of Engineering in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or any equivalent degree from any recognized University.
- Age Limit: Applicant’s age should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than 37 years as on 01/01/2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rule.
- Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs.5400.
Application Fees:
Rs.350 for UR/OBC candidates, Rs.250 for BC/OBC candidates of Rajasthan and
Rs.150 for SC/ST/PWD candidates of Rajasthan. Fees can be paid at E-Mitra and
Common Service Centre (CSE) or using Debit card / Credit card or through SBI
Net banking. Candidates will also have to pay of Rs.40 additional as at E-Mitra
and C.S.C. Charge
How to Apply:
Applicants need to apply online application through the website www.rpsconline.rajasthan.gov.in
on or before 31/03/2013. If
candidates fill their application themselves, they will be have to pay of Rs.10
only as Fee deposit charge otherwise candidates will have to pay of Rs.40 as
said in the above paragraph. Fees can also be paid trough NET banking or using
Debit/Credit Card. See the notification for more details in this context.
