Allahabad High Court, under Advt. No. P.A/01/2013, is going to conduct a competitive examination for recruitment to the post of Personal Assistant for High court of Allahabad on 1st June, 2013. Application for this can be filled up online from 1st April, 2013 to 15th April 2013 and Hard Copy of application must reach the Court by 30th April 2013. Personal Assistant

• No. of Vacancies: 67 Posts
• Qualifications: Graduate Degree or equivalent degree from a recognized university. Shorthand Speed of 100 WPM and Typing Speed of 40 WPM in English. Knowledge of computer operation, Data Entry and Word Processing. Those who have knowledge of Shorthand with Speed of 80 WPM and Typing with Speed of 30 WPM in Hindi will be given preference.
• Age Limit: Applicants must have completed 21 years and have not crossed 35 years as on 01/07/2013. Relaxation in upper age limit for OBC, SC/ST and Dependant of Freedom Fighter of Uttar Pradesh State will be provided upto 5 years. 10 years for Employee of UP Government & Allahabad High Court and 3 years for Ex-Servicemen.
• Pay Scale: Rs.9300 to 34800 + Rs.4800 GP (PB-2) with Usual Allowance

Selection Process: The Process of Selection comprises three stages i.e. Written Examination 100 Marks, Shorthand Test of 200 Marks and Computer Knowledge Test of 100 Marks. Final selection of the candidates depends on the performance in above said tests.

Application Fees: Rs.500 for General and OBC Category and Rs.250 for SC/ST of Uttar Pradesh. Payment of fees can be made in any branch of State Bank of India through Challan which available on its official website.

How to Apply: Online application for this post can be filled up through the website http://www.allahabadhighcourt.in from 01/04/2013 to 15/04/2013. After submission of online application, you need to take a print out of it, paste a recent passport size photograph with signature (duly attested by Gazetted Officer) to the provided space and send it with attested copies of testimonials, original challan and one self addressed envelope by Registered Post to “The Deputy Registrar (Examination Cell), High Court, Allahabad” on or before 30/04/2013. You must write “APPLICATION FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT EXAMINATION 2013’ on top of the cover of application.

Admit Card: You can download admit card prior to 15 days of this examination. After downloading admit card, you need to affix a recent passport size photograph and put your signature on that and get it attested by Gazetted Officer.
