Under Notification No. HCE 623/2006, Dated 15/03/2013, High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore requires Talented Law Graduates to join legal profession as Law Clerk-Cum-Research Assistant on Monthly Honorarium of Rs.15000 upto 31/01/2014. Candidates holding this post will have to assist the Hon’be Judges in Judicial Work as well as Administrative Work. Those are not eligible to apply for this post who have already applied for post of Civil Judges against Notification No.CJRC.1/2010, Dated 06.08.2011.

Law Clerk-Cum-Research Assistant

• Eligibility: Minimum qualification for the post is Graduate Degree in Law with 55% Marks. They must be enrolled as an Advocate with Karnataka State Bar Council on or after 01/01/2010
• Age Limit: Only those who were born on or after 01/01/1982 are eligible for this post.
• Salary: Rs.15000 PM
• Work Profile: Candidates who carry this position will have to work for Hon’be Judges of High Court of Karnataka. They have to provide assistance in Judicial Work and Administrative Work of Hon’be Judge.

Selection Process: It will be made on the basis of Academic Record, achievements in co-curricular activities and performance in the interview. Candidates will be short-listed for Interview according to their Academic Qualifications and Achievements in case of huge number of candidates.
