SSC Engineering Assistant & Technician Jobs in Prasar Bharati 2013: 1630 Posts – Staff Selection Commission, popularly known as SSC, has brought out a notification for recruitment to the posts of Engineering Assistant and Technician in Prasar Bharati. For which, SSC is going to organize a Written Examination on 26/05/2013. Aspiring candidates meeting the eligibility criteria for suitable Post may apply online by the last date 20/03/2013 through the website http://ssconline2.gov.in. Written Examination for both the posts Comprises Two Papers, one will be Objective Type and other will be Descriptive Type. 01. Engineering Assistant

• Age Limit: 30 years as on 01/01/2013
• Qualifications: Engineering Diploma of three years in Radio / Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / IT / Electronics & Communication with relevant experience of one year OR Engineering Degree in above mentioned Disciplines OR Graduate degree with Physics as one of Subjects. Degree Diploma should be from a recognized university / institute

02. Technician

• Pay Band-1 Rs.5200 to 20200 + Rs.2400 GP
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 01/01/2013
• Qualifications: Higher Secondary from a recognized board with Engineering Diploma of 2 years in Electronics / Telecommunication from a recognized institute / university

Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC Category

Application Fees: Rs.200 can be paid through SBI Challan or using NET Banking. No fees for SC/ST/EXS/PH and all Female Candidates. SBI Challan will be generated after filling up online application part-I.
