Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally 2014 Airman Group X Technical Trades

Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally 2014: A job opportunity to become Airman is being offered by Indian Air force. A recruitment rally for Group X (Technical) Trades is being organized in Madhya Pradesh & Andhra Pradesh. Only Unmarried Male Indian Citizens from the districts of mentioned states are eligible to appear in this rally. Recruitment Rally comprises written examination, physical fitness test, interview, medical examination etc. Aspiring candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria may attend this rally on stipulated dates. Group X (Technical) Trades (Airman)

• Age Limit: Candidates should be born between 01/02/1995 and 30/06/1998. Upper age limit is 21 years as on enrollment date.
• Qualifications: Class 12th Pass or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English with 50% Marks in total and 50% in English OR Diploma of 03 years in Engineering in the disciplines of Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science / Automobile / IT / Instrumentation Technology with 50% Marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
• Domicile: Candidates must have passed qualifying examination from Recognized Board / University located within geographical limit of the State. Candidates will have to produce Domicile Certificate if name of district is not mentioned in the qualifying certificate.
• Physical Standard: Height: 152.5 cms, Weight: Proportionate to height and age, Visual Acuity: 6/12 each eye correctable to 6/6 each eye for Group 'X' and 6/36 each eye correctable to 6/9 each eye for Group 'Y'.

Emoluments: Stipend of Rs.11400 PM will be paid during training period. After completion of training, they will be paid approximately Rs.24900 PM and may rise up to Rs.43940 PM for Group-X and Rs.20500 PM and may rise up to Rs.38720 PM for Group-Y.

Selection Process: Selection for the job will be made by conducting a written examination of 60 minutes based on English, Mathematics and Physics and per CBSE Syllabus, Physical Fitness Test consisting of 1.6 KM run to be completed within 8 minutes including 10 Push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 20 squats, and Interview followed by Medical Examination.

Appearing for Recruitment Rally: Candidates are required to carry writing material and documents such as Pencil, Pen, Eraser, Seven copy of latest Passport size photograph (which must be taken on or after 16/06/2014), Original + four Photocopy of matriculation certificate as date of birth proof, original + four copy of matriculation certificate (only for diploma holder when English is not in subject), Original + four copies 12th certificate and mark sheets, original + four copies of domicile, SOAFP, as well as NCC Certificate (if any) at the venue of recruitment rally.
