01.	Officer Scale-I	Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines from a recognized university with proficiency in Local Language.
02.	Officer Scale-II (GBO)	Bachelor’s Degree in any subject area from a recognized university with 50% Marks with 02 years experience as an officer in Bank or Financial Institution
03.	Specialist Officer (Scale-II)
	Information Technology	Graduate Degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Communication / Information Technology or equivalent degree from a recognized university with 50% Marks with Experience of 01 year
	Chartered Accountant	Certified Associateship from ICAI with one year experience
	Marketing Officer	Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from a recognized university with one year experience.
	Treasury Manager	Certified Associateship from ICAI or MGA in Finance from a recognized university / institute with one year experience
	Agricultural Officer	Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science or Agriculture or Animal Husbandry or Horticulture or Forestry or Agricultural Engineering or Veterinary Science or Pisciculture or allied Specializations or any equivalent qualifications with 50% Marks with 02 years experience
	Law Officer	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 50% Marks with 02 years experience as an law officer in any Financial Institute or Banks.
04.	Officer Scale-III	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 50% Marks with 05 years experience as an officer in any Bank or Financial Institute.
05.	Office Assistant	Any Graduate degree from a recognized university with proficiency in Local Language.
