Chhattisgarh Government, general administration department under Chhattisgarh Ministry and Department of Parliamentary Affairs invites applications from Local Residents of state for recruitment of various Posts in Chhattisgarh Ministry. Application for these posts can be made in (OMR) application form prescribed by CGPEB. Duly completed application in every respect must reach the head post office of district headquarters by the last date 01/01/2013. Total Number of posts are 302 for different categories. Details in this context can be seen below. Selection for the post will be done through written examination and Practical (Skill) Test. Written Test will be held on 27/01/2013 at 27 Examination Centres of District Headquarters . Selected candidates for the Job will be on probation for a period of 02 years. Admit Card to all eligible candidates will be sent by post approximately 10 days before the examination.

Note: Out of these vacancies, 01 post of Steno Typist and 01 post of Assistant Grade-3 for ST Category are reserved for Department of Parliamentary Affairs.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300 to 34800 + 4300 GP for post at SL No. 01, Rs.5200 to 20200 with different Grade Pays for posts at SL No. 02 to 07.

Qualifications: Candidates are referred to Detailed Notification to know regarding this

Age Limit: Only those applicants are eligible for these post who have completed 18 years but not completed 30 years as on 01/01/2013. Minimum age for Assistant Programmer and Library Assistant post is 21 years. Upper age limit for permanent residents of Chhattisgarh is 35 years. Relaxation for reserved category will be given as per rule.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates for suitable post will be done through written examination which will be organized by CGPEB followed by Practical (Skill) Test. On the basis of obtained marks in written test, tree candidates against one vacancy will be invited for Skill Test. It may be higher than tree. A merit list for final selection will be prepared by adding the Marks obtained in Written test and Skill Test.

How to apply: Application for these posts can be made in OMR application form prescribed by CGPEB. Application form can be obtained between 11/12/2012 and 27/12/2012 from all Post Offices of District Headquarter and between 28/12/2012 and 31/12/2012 from Divisional Headquarter, Raipur, Bilaspur, Ambikapur and Jagdalpur Head Post Office. Cost of the OMR application form for SC/ST is Rs.500 and for all other candidates is Rs.700. Duly complete application in every respect enclosed in an envelope should be submitted at Head Post Office of District Headquarter by the last date 01/0/2013.
