Saurashtra Gramin Bank: Recruitment of Officer & Office Assistant with Cut-Off details

SGB Officer and Office Assistant Recruitment 2012: 113 Posts
Online application for recruitment of Officers & Office Assistant has been invited by Saurashtra Gramin Bank. Only those aspirants are eligible to apply for these posts who have appeared in CWE-RRB organized by IBPS and have successfully qualified in the Test. Such candidates with required educational qualifications may apply online till 12/12/2012 through the bank’s website. Selection for both the posts will be done on the basis of CWE Score and Personal Interview which will be conducted by the Bank itself. Other important details is being provided in the following lines.

Officer Scale-I:
  • Vacancies: 50 Posts (SC-11, ST-05, OBC-11, UR-23)
  • Pay Scale: Rs.14500 to 25700 (Rs.26535 Per Month)
  • Age: Above 18 and below 28 years as on 01/06/2012
  • Probation Period: 2 years

Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
  • Vacancies: 63 Posts (SC-06, ST-12, OBC-15, UR-30)
  • Pay Scale: Rs.7200 to 19300 (Rs.14640 Per Month)
  • Age: 18 to 28 years as on 01/06/2012
  • Probation Period: 01 year

Qualification for both Posts with Cut-Off Details
  • Essential Qualification: Applicants must be qualified in RRB-CWE organized by IBPS with minimum cut-off of 89 for SC/ST and 95 for all other category in case of applying for Office Assistant Post and 97 for SC/ST and 103 for all other category in case of applying for Officer Scale-I
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with knowledge of local language.

Fees: Rs.20 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs.100 for all other candidates

How to apply: If you are eligible for Officer or Office Assistant or Both and have decided to apply for the posts, firstly you need to deposit application fees at designated bank through challan form which is available at bank’s website. After this, log on to bank’s website, go to apply online link, fill up application format with proper details, enter challan details and fill up all remaining columns correctly and submit. Online application can be made till 12/12/2012. Take a copy of application print out and keep ready to submit with original payment challan at the time of interview if called.
