SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2013: If you have applied for MTS Posts against the notification
issued by Staff Selection Commission and preparing for written test, you
must go through exam pattern stipulated by Commission. The Scheme of written examination comprises Objective type Test (Paper-I) of 150 Marks and
Descriptive Type test (Paper-II) of 50 Marks. Paper-II will only be of qualifying
nature. Only those candidates are eligible to appear for Paper-II who
successfully qualify in paper-I. Language of the Test will be English &
Hindi both. Objective Type Test carries negative marking, 0.25 marks can be
deducted for each wrong answer. So, be careful while answering the questions.

Written Exam (Objective Type) will be organized by SSC on the date is yet to be announced. The test can. Those candidates who
qualify in this written examination with required qualifying marks will be
called for Paper-II (Descriptive Type) Test which will be of 50 marks as
mentioned above. Duration of the test for VH Candidate will be different. Such
candidates will be given total time of 2.40 Hours to solve all the equations for
Paper-I and 45 Minutes for Paper-II.
