Those candidates, who have applied against the notification
issued by BPSC in the month of Oct 2012 for post of Specialist Doctors, must go
through its Written Test Exam Pattern. The Pattern of this test has been set by
BPSC. As we know that selection for the Post will be done through Written Test
of 500 Marks and Interview of 40 Marks. Written Test comprises Five Papers.
Each of the paper carries 100 Marks and time duration of Two Hours. A merit
list will be prepared for final selection on the basis of performance in
written examination and interview. So, have a look on following portions of
this article and try to make out the pattern of the test.

Interview: It
carries 40 marks. Those who successfully crack this written test with
qualifying marks will be invited for Interview. Under a provision, 2.5 Times
more candidates against total vacancies will be called for interview, provided;
they have secured qualifying marks in this test written. Minimum qualifying
marks of each paper are 40% for UR ,
36.5% for BC, 34% for EBC and 32% for SC/ST/Female and PH candidates. Selection
on the post of Specialist Doctors can be made through Interview only if the applications
are received less than expectation.
