Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1800

Age Limit: 18 years to 33 years as on 01/01/2014. There 5 years relaxation for SC / ST and 3 years relaxation for OBC.

Qualification: 10^th Pass or ITI or equivalent.

Selection Process: Selection for these jobs will be made on the basis of performance in written examination Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Only short listed candidates after written Test will be called for PET comprised of 1000 meters run in 4.15 minutes for male and 400 meters run in 3.10 minutes for female candidates in one chance. After PET, they will be called for Document Verification and then medical examination.

Application Fees: Rs.100, which can be paid in the shape of Crossed DD from SBI or Crossed IPO in favour of FA&CAO, South Eastern Railway, 11 Garden Reach Road, Kolkata-700043 payable at KOLKATA. No fees for SC / ST / PWD / EXS / Economically Backward / Minority Communities and all women candidates.
