Andhra Pradesh Government has issued a notification for recruitment of Prohibition & Excise Constable. Selection for this job will be made on the basis of PQT, Physical Efficiency Test and Written Test. Aspirants may fill up online application from 15th Oct, 2012 to 5th Nov 2012 upto 5 PM

Position: Prohibition & Excise Constable.

No. of Vacancies: 2606 Posts (for various districts of AP)

Pay Scale: Rs.7960-23650

Age Limit: 18 years to 30 years as on 01/07/2012. 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/BC and 9 years relaxation for EXS candidates.

Qualification: SSC or equivalent examination. Those candidates who have only higher qualification without SSC may also apply for this job.

Physical Standard
01. For men
  • Minimum height 165 cm.
  • Minimum chest 81 cm + 5 cms expansion
02. For women
  • Minimum height 152.5 cm.
  • Minimum weight 45.5kg

Selection Process: Selection for the job will be through PQT, PET and written test of 100 Marks.

Application Fees: Rs.150 for SC/ST and Rs.300 for all other candidates. Fees can be paid at AP Online or E-Seva or Mee-Seva Centers only.
