01. Management Trainee (General)
  • Vacancies – 30
  • Age Limit – maximum age 28 years as on 26/10/2012
  • Pay Scale – Rs.20600-46500
  • Qualification – MBA degree with 1st class with Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource from a recognized Institute.
02. Management Trainees (Accountant)
  • Vacancies – 10
  • Age Limit – maximum age 28 years as on 26/10/2012
  • Pay Scale – Rs.20600-46500
  • Qualification – MBA degree with 1st class / CA / ICWAI / CS from recognized institute.
03. Accountant
  • Vacancies – 10
  • Age Limit – maximum age 30 years as on 26/10/2012
  • Pay Scale – Rs.16400-40500
  • Qualification – Bachelor of Commerce / BA (Commerce) / CA / ICWAI / SAS Accountants of the India with three year experience in Industrial / Commercial.
04. Jr. Technical Assistant
  • Vacancies – 99
  • Age Limit – maximum age limit is 28 years as on 26/10/2012.
  • Pay Scale – Rs.10500-26400
  • Qualification – Graduation degree in Agriculture / Zoology / Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry from a recognized university.

Age Relaxation: There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PH candidates.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected for these jobs through written test and interview. Qualified candidates in written examination will be called for interview.

Application Fees: Rs.300 for UR and OBC candidates. No fees for SC/ST/PH candidates. Fees can be paid through DD in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi.
