A Notification for filling up Group D Vacancies has been issued by Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR). Aspirants having required eligibility for post may apply on or before 23/11/2012. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of written examination and PET. Other details regarding Group D Vacancy in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) can be in the given lines

Details of Group D Posts in NFR

No. of Vacancies: 2018 Posts (UR-990, OBC-528, SC-293, ST-147)

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1800

Qualification: Class 10th pass or ITI or any equivalent qualification from recognized board.

Age Limit: 18 years to 33 years as 01/01/2013. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected for Group D Jobs through written examination and PET. Only Qualified candidate in written examination will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Application Fees: Rs.40 for UR and OBC. No fees for SC / ST / PWD / Women and all minority class candidates. Fees can be paid in the mode of Indian Postal Order in favour of FA&CAO, N.F. Railway, Payable at GPO, Guwahati

Mode of Application: Only offline application will be accepted for this job. A Complete application in all respect with copies of all requisite documents should be sent to “Deputy Chief Personnel Officer, Railway Recruitment Cell, N.F Railway, Station Colony, Guwahati, Assam (Pin-781001)” on or before 23/11/2012 by ordinary post or Applicants may also Drop their duly furnished Application at the same Address till 5.30 PM on closing date
