A Notification for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for recruitment of Graduate Teacher has been issued by Secondary Education Department, Govt. of Assam. TET will be conducted in last week of February 2013. Aspirants may fill up application for TET Assam on or before 30/10/2012.

Position: Graduate Teacher

No. of Vacancies: 4500 Posts

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with 50% marks with B.T / Bachelor of Education from a recognized University. Visit Detailed Advertisement for more details

Age Limit: Upper age limit for TET Assam is 38 years as on 01/01/2012. Relaxation is 5 years for SC / ST candidates.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected for Graduate Teachers job through Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). Minimum qualifying marks in TET is 60%. 5% relaxation in marks is for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD candidates.

Application Form: The Cost of application form is Rs.350 which can be obtained from the post office.

How to apply: Duly furnished application in all respect must be submitted at the same Post Office from where it has been purchased. Last date for submission of TET application is 30/10/2012.
