This is an Employment-Notice “ECoR/RRC/D/2013” for Group-D Jobs in RRC, East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar. Railway Recruitment Cell Bhubaneswar is going to fill up 1626 Vacancies of Trackman, Token Porter, Safaiwala, Hospital Attendant & Helper-II in Pay Band-I. Recruitment for these positions will be done through Written Test, PET followed by medical examination. Eligibility for Group-D Posts

• Qualifications: Matriculation or ITI or any equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board / educational Institute as on closing date of this notification. Appearing candidates in qualifying examination or those who are waiting for the result to be declared need not apply.
• Age: Between 18 and 33 years as on 01/01/2014. Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC Candidates.

Selection Process: A written test, Physical Efficiency Test and medical examination will be organized for selection of eligible candidates on these posts. No interview will be conducted. The test will be conducted in the language of Hindi, English, Oriya, Telugu and Urdu. Date of Written examination and PET will be decided later by the recruiting authority.

Application Fees: Rs.100 as Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of “Assistant Personal Officer (Recruitment), East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar”, Payable at Bhubaneswar must be accompanied with duly furnished application. Payment of examination fee through other mode such as DD / Pay Order / CRFS / Cheque / Cash will not be accepted. Applicants must write their name and postal address at the space provided on the IPO, and attach it to the top of application form. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PH, EXS Category, Women, Minority candidates and economically backward class are not required to pay examination fee.

How to apply: Duly complete application should be sent with IPO and copies of all required documents by ordinary post to “Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), East Coast Railway Headquarters, Office of the Chairman, Railway Recruitment Cell, 2^nd Floor, South Block, Rail Sadan, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha – 751017” on or before 11/11/2013 till 5 PM. Candidates may also drop duly complete application in the box kept at the same address. Candidates belonging to Far-flung area should send their application on or before 25/11/2013.

Note: Candidates belonging to SC, ST category will be issued a free second class railway pass for written test, PET and Medical Test.
