An Interview: Before you prepare to face an

etc. Actually, such type of interview is conducted to assess a potential

If you are going to face an interview, you should be well
dressed because your attire plays an important role at the time of interview; you
must keep in mind this. Before entering in the room for interview, make
yourself confident & enthusiastic, adjust your clothes, set your hairs and
other things which may not leave a negative impression. You are also advised to
do the following at the time of interview
- Take permission before entering the room
- Be calm and cool and confident
- Wish the members and face them confidently
- If any member of the panel wants to shake hands, then do it with confident, smile and maintaining eye contact
- If the members of the panel are standing, you just wait for them to sit down and you do not sit down until you are asked
Face to Face: Now the time has come to face the
Interviewers and their Questions. Normally, an interviewer pays more attention
on interviewee’s confident and enthusiasm, so both are important at this stage.
Answer the questions confidently. Through out the Interview, you must maintain Eye
Contact with interviewer. Maintaining your eye contact with the interviewer
shows your Sincerity and self-confidence. Normally, a natural person is
appreciated by an interviewer. So be natural and do not act like an actor. Hope!
