Essential Details about Assistant Engineer Jobs

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics from a university recognized by UGC with 65% Marks for UR/OBC candidates of MP Domicile and candidates belonging to other states, 55% Marks for SC/ST/PH Candidates of MP Domicile

Age Limit: Minimum age should be 21 years and maximum should be 30 years as on 31/05/2012. Relaxation in age for SC / ST / OBC / PH Candidates of MP Domicile will be given upto 5 years

Pay Scale: Rs.15600 + other allowance after competition of training period

Application fees: UR & OBC Candidates of MP Domicile and candidates belonging to other states are required to pay of Rs.500, but SC/ST/PH candidates of MP Domicile are required to pay of Rs.250 only. Application can be paid through MP online Kiosks for which candidates will have to of Rs.60 extra as Portal Charges. This is applicable for all candidates

Selection Process: It will be done on the basis of obtained marks in Objective Type written examination and performance in personal interview. Written test will be held on 02/09/2012 for which admit card can be downloaded from 16/08/2012 through its official website www.mponline.gov.in

Exam Pattern:  The Test will of 2.30 Hours and will be based on Relevant Branch of Engineering & General Aptitude (Logical Reasoning and GK). There will be Objective Type Questions set in English. Weightage of Questions will be 75% in case of Technical and 25% in case of General Aptitude
