Notification-No.14/2013: A
Notification for direct recruitment to various posts included in Combined Civil
Services Examination, in short, CCSE-II (Group-2 Services) has been issued by
Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). Vacancies will be filled up in
various departments and services. Application for these posts will be made
online between 5th Sep 2013 and 4th Oct 2013 through the
website http://tnpscexams.net.
Preliminary Test, Mains and Interview will be conducted for selecting eligible
candidates on the post. Applicants must see the detailed notification, before
filling up online application.

Age Limit will be calculated as on 01/07/2013. Upper age limit is 32
years for Candidates holding Degree in Law for Dy. Commercial Tax Officer
Post.

Qualifications: Any Graduate Degree for posts at SL No.02, 14, 15, 18, Master’s Degree in Commerce / Statistics /
Economics for posts at SL No.07, B.L
Degree for post at SL No.08,
Master’s Degree for post at SL No.09,
and Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science for rest of the posts.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern: Commission will conduct Objective
Type Preliminary Examination of 300 Marks, Objective & Descriptive Type
Main Examination of 340 Marks and oral test in the form of Interview for
selection of eligible candidates. Duration of each PT & Mains will be of 3
Hours. The test will be held at various centres in Tamil Nadu state.
Application Fees: Rs.125 for PT and Rs.100 for Main Examination. Candidates
belonging to reserved category should pay of Rs.50 only as application fee.
Payment can be made through Online or Offline mode. Candidates can pay online at
the time of applying online through Net Banking Facility or using Debit /
Credit Card. Offline Payment can be made through Challan generated after online
registration at either Post Office or Indian Bank.
How to Apply: Online application can be filled up through the website http://tnpscexams.net
from 05/09/2013 to 04/10/2013.
Open apply online link, fill online application with proper details, upload
photograph and signature, select mode of payment and submit. If you select
online mode of payment, a gateway will be provided to you for payment after
submission. If you selection offline mode of payment, download challan and pay
appropriate application fee at Post Office and Indian Bank Branch within 48
hours after registration.
