SSB Exam Pattern & Selection Process for Constable (Tradesman) 2013: Selection for the post of Constable (Tradesman) in Sashatra Seema Bal (SSB) will be done on the basis of PST, PET, Written Test, Trades Test and Medical Examination. These are main Tests which will be conducted by SSB for the selection of Constable (Tradesman). First of all, candidates will be called for document verification, then Physical Standard Test & Physical Efficiency Test will be organized, those candidates who qualify in both tests will called for Written Test which will be conducted by SSB on the date is yet to be declared.
Written Test: It will be of 100 Marks consisting of 100 multiple choice questions for which time duration of 2 Hours has been stipulated. The Paper of this test will be based on following subjects
· General Awareness
· General Knowledge
· Elementary Mathematics
· Analytical Aptitude
· English/Hindi
The Minimum Qualifying Marks is 35% for UR and EXS and 33% for SC/ST/OBC Category. Candidates after qualifying in this test will be called for Trade Test which will be of 75 Marks. In Trade Test, Candidates will have to secure at least 50% Marks to qualify for next Stage.
After Qualifying in PST, PET, Written Test and Trade Test, candidates will called for Final Medical Test on the basis of merit of written test as per notified vacancies. After this a review medical test will be conducted and then final selection will be done on these basis
