RRB Assistant Loco Pilot & Technician Grade-III Recruitment 2018

Employment-Notice-CEN 01/2018: Govt. of India, Ministry of Railway, RRB has out a notification for recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilot & Technician Grade-III in Level 02 of 7th CPC Pay scale with Initial Pay Rs.19900 + Other Allowances. Selection for the post will be done by conducting Two Stages Examination. The First stage exam will be organized during April & May 2018 at various places across the country. Such aspiring candidates who have all required qualifications can apply online by Closing Date 05/03/2018. Application Fee
  • Rs.250 for SC/ST/EXS/PWD/Female/ Minorities/Economically Backward Class.
  • Rs.500 for All other Candidates.

Qualifications
  • For ALP: Matriculation + ITI from NCVT/SCVT in Various Trade OR Matriculation + Completed Act Apprenticeship in Various Trade OR 3 Years Engineering Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Automobile. Note: Degree in Engineering will also be Acceptable in Place of Engineering Diploma.
  • For Technician Gr.III: Matriculation + ITI from NCVT/SCVT in Concerned Trade OR Matriculation + Completed Act Apprenticeship in Concerned Trade.
Age Limit
  • 18 to 28 Years as on 01/07/2018. Upper Age Limit Relaxation: SC/ST-5 Years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 Years.
Pay Scale
  • Level 02 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix, Initial Payment Rs.19900 + Other Allowances.
Selection Process
  • There will be two stages Examination, First Stage CBT and Second Stage CBT. Qualified Candidates in 2ND Stage have to undergo Computer Aptitude Test. Computer Based Test Stage-1 & Stage-2 carry Negative marking. 1/3 Marks for each wrong answer will be deducted. There will be no Negative Marking for Computer Aptitude Test.
