Eligibility
(i). Matriculation
(ii). Ability to drive heavy vehicles with a valid HTV Driving licence for Heavy Motor Vehicles
(iii). Knowledge of Vehicles maintenance
Physical Standard
Height: 170 cms
Chest: 81 to 85 cms
Age Limit
Between 21 to 30 years as on 01/01/2012. Relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years and for OBC is 3 years

PB-I Rs.5200 to 20200 + Rs.2000 GP

How to apply: Aspirants may apply for the post of Constable (Driver) in prescribed application format which can be downloaded from the website www.delhipolice.nic.in or www.delhipolicerecruitment.nic.in. Application for the post of Constable (Driver) in Delhi Police can be filled up on or before 29/06/2012. Candidates may also use the cutting of application form printed in Employment news. Duly furnished application affixed with a colour passport size photograph of 35*45 mm with Name Plate and Red Background, Two extra identical photographs, DD/Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque and required copies of supporting documents should be sent by Ordinary Post to “Post Box No. 8020, Delhi-110033” on or before 29/06/2012. Cover of the application should be super scribed with the words “Application for the post of Constable (Driver) in Delhi Police-2012”. Application received after last date will not be accepted
