Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, commonly known as BHEL, a largest and oldest engineering & Manufacturing enterprise in the country, requires Supervisor Trainee (HR) in the pay scale of Rs.12300 to 26000. Selected candidates for Post of Supervisor Trainee (HR) will be on training for one year and after successfully completion of training they will be absorbed as Assistant Officer (HR) Grade-II and will be put in the pay scale of Rs.12400 to 30500 + other benefits. Eligibility Criteria for Supervisor Trainee (HR) in BHEL

• Age Limit: 27 years i.e born on or after 01/03/19/85
• Qualifications: Full Time Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) / Social Work (BSW) / Business Management (BBM) with 65% Marks from a recognized University. Only 60% Marks are required for SC/ST Candidates

Selection Process: For the selection of Supervisor Trainee, BHEL will organize a Written Examination and Personal Interview. Written Examination will be held at Mumbai, Chennai, Bhopal, Delhi and Kolkata and Interview will be held at Either Delhi or Noida and Either Bangalore or Chennai.

Mode of Payment: Rs.300 as application fees can be paid at any branch of SBI in all over the country in the name of Power Jyoti through Payment Challan

Online application for this post can be made between 27/03/2012 and 17/04/2012.
