Willing Candidates, considering for applying against the Recruitment of 1500 Probationary Officers (PO) in Indian Overseas Bank 2012, must know the Eligibility Criteria before filling up online application which can be made till 19/04/2012. Candidates, who want to apply for PO Jobs in Indian Overseas Bank, must fulfill the following Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: A Citizen of India or a Subject of Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan Refugee who have settled in Indian before the date 01/01/1962.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 60% Marks from recognized University. SC/ST/PC candidates are required to posses only 55% Marks.
• Knowledge of Computer (If not, then candidates can acquire within 6 months from the date of Joining)

Essential Qualifications:

• Candidates should have IPBS CWE Score Card for PO/MT 2011
• Minimum Total Weighted Score should be 120 for General Category and 105 for SC/ST/OBC/PC Category

Age Limit: Between 21 to 30 years as on 01/07/2011. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST is 5 years and for OBC is 3 years

Candidates with all above said eligibility criteria may apply online for post of PO in Indian Overseas Bank between 30/03/2012 and 19/04/2012.
