Bank of Baroda (BOB) India’s International Bank, for the First time after Declaration of IBPS CWE Result 2011, is going to Recruit 2000 Clerks in the Bank under Clerical Recruitment Project 2012. Only those candidates will be eligible for Clerk Jobs in Bank of Baroda (BOB) under this Recruitment Project who have qualified in CWE-2011 for Clerk conducted by IBPS. Recruitment of the Clerk will be done by Conducting an Interview. All those candidates who have been issued CWE Score Card may apply for Clerk Jobs in Bank of Baroda (BOB) against this Recruitment Project but only those candidates will be called for Interview who have ranked sufficiently high in order of merit based on Total Weighted Standard Score. Eligibility Criteria for Clerk Jobs in Bank of Baroda:

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years as on 01/08/2011. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC / ST Candidates is 5 years and for OBC is 3 years
• Educational Qualifications: (New Added) Class 10th Passed with 60% Marks or Class 12th Passed with 50% Marks (Only pass for SC / ST/ OBC / PWD / EXS) or Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines or equivalent qualifications from recognized University
• Essential Qualifications: CWE Score Card for Clerk 2011 issued by IBPS. They should have appeared from a centre in a State for which vacancies they wish to apply. They must be able to write, read and speak English. Proficiency in official language of state. Knowledge of Computer
• IBPS Score Cut-off: Minimum cut-off for UR is 24 and for SC/ST/OBC/PWD is 21 in Each Test Paper of CWE [More Details....]

Selection Process: Selection for the post of Clerk in Bank of Baroda will be done through interview. Candidates who have ranked sufficiently high in CWE will be called for Interview. Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:4 for UR and 1:5 for Reserved Category i.e. 4 Candidates against one vacancy for UR and 5 candidates against one vacancy for reserved category

The Interview will be organized to assess the candidate’s Personality, attitude, communication level, Knowledge, Problem solving skill, local language, computer knowledge, working choice in any where in the state etc. To qualified this interview, candidates will have to obtain at least 40% marks for UR and 35% marks for reserved category

Mode of Payment: Application Fees of Rs.150 for UR/OBC and Rs.50 for SC/ST/PWD are required to be paid through Payment Challan. Fee can also be paid through online mode at the time of online application
