Introduction: Commissioner and Director School Education and Ex-Officio Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), Andhra Pradesh has issued a recruitment notification for filling up 7100 vacancies of Principal, Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) & Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in AP Model Schools. Positions available in AP Model School:
  1. Principal – 355 Posts
  2. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – 4615 Posts

Pay Scales:
  1. Principal: Rs.20680 to 46960
  2. PGT: Rs.16150 to 42590
  3. TGT: Rs.14860 to 39540

Eligibility Criteria for Principal, PGT, TGT:
Age Limit & Relaxations: Age of the candidates for PGT, TGT should be between 18 and 39 years and for Principal should be between 35 and 50 years as on 01/07/2012. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC / BC / ST is 5 years. Upper age limit for PH Candidates is 49 years

Qualifications:
Principal: Post Graduation of 2 years or Master’s Degree with 50% Marks from UGC Recognized University and B.Ed Qualifications. Candidates must have studied in English Medium
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): Post Graduation of 2 years or Master’s degree with 50% Marks from UGC Recognized University
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): Integrated Degree Course of 4 years in relevant subject with 50% Marks

Selection Process: Selection of the candidates on the post of Principal, Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) & Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) will be done on the basis of Written
Test

Written Test: Eligible candidates will be called for written test on 10/05/2012 from 10 AM to 01 PM for PGT, 2 PM to 5 PM for TGT. Written test for the Post Principal will be held on 11/05/2012 from 10 AM to 01 PM.

Mode of Payment: Application processing Fees of Rs.250 will be paid trough E-Seva or APONLINE between 28/02/2012 and 15/03/2012
