Introduction: Department of School Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh (AP DSC) has issued a notification to fill up huge vacancies of School Teacher Jobs like “PET, SGT, LP & School Assistant” in Andhra Pradesh State Only. Interested people of Andhra Pradesh (AP) who have already cleared the APTET with qualifying marks and like to do School Teacher Jobs within the State may apply online between 16th Feb and 17th March 2012. School Teacher Jobs in AP DSC
  1. School Assistant: - 5695 vacancies
  2. Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) – 11602 Vacancies
  3. Language Pandit (LP) – 1998 Vacancies
  4. Physical Education Teacher (PET) – 364 Posts

Eligibility for Teacher Jobs
  1. School Assistant: - Bachelor’s degree in concerned discipline with APTET Certificate
  2. Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) – Higher Secondary with D.Ed Certificate and APTET Certificate  
  3. Language Pandit (LP) – B.Ed in concerned subject with APTET Certificates
  4. Physical Education Teacher (PET) – Class 12th + U.G.D.P.Ed or Bachelor’s degree + B.P.Ed or M.P.Ed recognized by NCTE

Selection Process: AP DSC will select eligible candidates on the basis of Marks obtained in written test and APTET Performance. Candidates will have to obtain 80% Marks in Written Test and 20% Marks should be in APTET. For Physical Education Teacher (PET) in AP DSC, Candidates will have to obtain 100% Marks in Written Test

Mode of Payment: Fees of Rs.250 will have to be paid by the candidates through AP ONLINE or E-Seva between 16/02/2012 and 16/03/2012
