UPPSC Recruitment 2013 - 5775 Allopathic Medical Officer, Food & Sanitary Inspector Apply Online

A notification for Medical Job on the post of Food & Sanitary Inspector in UP Palika Health Service and Allopathic Medical Officer in Provincial Medical & Health Service has been issued by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC). Aspiring candidates having suitable qualifications for post can apply and fill up online application through the website http://uppsc.up.nic.in till 18th Nov-2013. Selection for these medical jobs will be made by conducting interview. Date of Interview will be announced later. Following Paragraphs contains other details regarding this.

01. Food & Sanitary Inspector
  • Department: U.P. Palika (Centralized) Health Service
  • Vacancy: 128 Posts
  • Pay Scale: Rs.9300 to 34800 + Rs.4200 GP
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Food / Bio / Dairy / Oil Technology / Agriculture Science / Bio-chemistry / Veterinary Science / Micro-Biology from a recognized university.

02. Allopathic Medical Officer (Grade-I)
  • Department: Provincial Medical & Health Service
  • Vacancy: 5647 Posts
  • Pay Scale: Rs.15600 to 39100 + Rs.5400 GP
  • Qualifications: Candidates must possess MBBS Degree from the university recognized by Medical Council of India.

Age Limit: Minimum age for both the posts is 21 years and maximum is 40 years. Relaxation in age for reserved category will be applicable as per rule. Age limit will be calculated as on 01/07/2013.

Application Fee: Rs.95 for UR / BCC, Rs.55 for SC / ST and Rs.15 only for PH Candidates. Fee will be paid at any branch of State Bank of India / Punjab National Bank using E-challan till 18/11/2013.

How to Apply: Application for these posts can be made online through the website http://uppsc.up.nic.in by the closing date 18/11/2013. Online application will be completed in three stages. In 1st stage, candidates are required to register themselves by entering requisite information in online application form, then Note down registration number and take prints out of Registration Slip & Challan. In 2nd Stage, candidates will have to deposit application fee at any branch of SBI or PNB. In 3rd Stage, Two day after depositing fee in the bank (after 2 pm), re-visit the same website, open “Submit Application Form” link, enter information, upload photo and signature and submit.

Steps to Fill up Online Application
  • If the Candidates have required qualifications for the suitable posts, then follow these easy steps for online Registration
  • Before applying online, Candidates must keep Scanned Photograph and Signature ready. Without it, Application cannot be accepted
  • Just follow this link http://uppsc.up.nic.in/Notifications.aspx and then Click on “Apply” link which is given on the Right Side.
  • Now see the post which you will apply for, and Click on “Candidate Registration”. This is the Registration Part 1
  • Fill up Application Format with proper details and Click on “Submit”
  • As you submit your application, A Registration Slip will be generated with 11 digit Registration Number, Just Take a print of the “Registration Slip“
  • Now go to this link http://uppsc.up.nic.in/DoPayment.aspx to Generate E-Challan,
  • Put Candidate Registration No., Date of Birth and Select Bank Name and Click on “Generate E-Challan”. Your Challan will be generated for paying fees
  • Pay your fees at any branch of SBI / PNB and you will be provided a ”Candidates Challan Copy” with Transaction Date and Number.
  • Registration Part 2:- Just go to this link http://uppsc.up.nic.in/ScannedSnapNSignature.aspx to submit application online
  • Fill up the application format with Challan Details and Click on “Submit”
  • After summiting you will be given options to “Upload Photo and Signature”
  • Follow the given instructions while uploading the photograph and signature and finally hit on “I Agree” button.
