TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST (TET)
TET (Bihar ) Exam Syllabus
Under the right to education, the following criteria of Questions Paper for Teacher Eligibly Test (TET) for Bihar State have been stipulated for the Recruitments of Teachers in the schools of basic Education council.
- There will be two questions papers (Paper I: for Class 1 to 5 and Paper II: for Class 6 to 8)
- For each Questions Paper, there will be given 1.30 Hours
- Each Question paper will contain 150 Objective Types Questions
- There will be no Negative Marks in Both Written Test
Exam Syllabus for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Paper I (for Class 1 to 5)
- Child Development and Pedagogy – 30 Questions – 30 Marks
- Language- I: Hindi (with Medium of Instruction) - 30 Questions – 30 Marks
- Language- II: English (with Medium of Instruction) - 30 Questions – 30 Marks
- Mathematics (with Medium of Instruction) - 30 Questions – 30 Marks
- Environmental Study (with Medium of Instruction) - 30 Questions – 30 Marks
Exam Syllabus for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET): Paper II: (for Class 6 to 8)
- Child Development and Pedagogy – 30 Questions – 30 Marks
- Language- I: Hindi (with Medium of Instruction) - 30 Questions – 30 Marks
- Language- II: English (with Medium of Instruction) - 30 Questions – 30 Marks
- Science and Mathematics (with Medium of Instruction) – 60 Questions – 60 Marks

- Social Study / Social Science (with Medium of Instruction) - 60 Questions – 60 Marks
About Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for Bihar :
- Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is one type of Screening Test. After qualifying in this Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), Candidates will be placed in the prepared Merit List of selection of Teachers. This Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) will not examine the Knowledge of Candidates only but The Eligibly will also be estimated.
