Indo-Tibetan Boarder Police Force (ITBP) invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer). Eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria may apply for the post before 25/07/2011. Details are below:

No. of Post: Total 22 (SC - 05, ST - 05, OBC – 01, UR – 11)
Age: 18 to 25 years as on 25/07/2011
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 to 20200 + Rs.2800 (Pay Band – I)
Educational Qualifications:
Higher Secondary from a recognized Board
Extra Qualifications:
·        Knowledge of computer
·        Shorthand Speed of 80 wpm
·        Typing Speed of 50 wpm on computer
Physical Standard:
Height – 170 cms (Male), 157 cms (Female)
Chest – 80 to 85 cms
Application Fees:
Rs.50 as Demand Draft / IPO / CRFS in Favour of “Inspector General (Special) Frontier, ITBP, West Block, Wing – 2, Sector – 1, RK Puram, New Delhi – 110066, Payable at SBI RK, Puran, New Delhi, Code – 1076 (SC / ST and Female candidates are exempted from application fees)
How to apply:
Application in prescribed format affixed a passport size photograph, one photograph affixed on admit card and attested photocopies of supporting documents should be sent to “The Inspector General (Special) Frontier, ITBP, West Block, Wing – 2, Sector – 1, R. K. Puram, New Delhi – 110066” on or before 25/07/2011 (for Far-Flung area candidates 01/08/2011)
