Recruitment of Junior Civil Engineer (JCE) in IIM Ahmedabad June 2011

Applications are invited by Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad for the Recruitment to the post of Junior Civil Engineer Initially on Contract basis for a period of 3 years. Later on the Period of the contract may be increased or Post can be permanent on the basis of Performance. More details regarding this are below


Position: Junior Civil Engineer (JCE)
Salary: Rs.25000 per month
Age limit: Candidates should be 25 to 30 years of Age (Age Relaxation Given as per Govt. Rule)
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant experience of 2+ years for Degree and 5+ years for Diploma Holders
  2. Knowledge of Govt. Rules and Regulations and those have done Architectural Project are preferable
Job Profile:
  1. Qualities Calculation of various structures like: Administrative Block, Internal Road, Dining block, Over Head Tank, Classrooms, Underpass, Student Housing, Married and Dormitories
  2. Quality Calculation of Flooring, concrete etc.
  3. Coordination with Contractors, Architect and other Consultants
  4. Progress Monitoring of Work at Site
